January 17, 2008- Exhibition Opening: Borders
970-728-3886
staff@ahhaa.org Ah Haa invited regional artists
interested in exploring borders, both cultural and personal,
to apply for this exhibition. Is a country’s border razor
thin, or is there a third area created by the union of the
two? Does a border have width? Personal boundaries with our
bosses, parents, school, government and mates at home
question whether blame, resentment and guilt are involved.
Art, too, has borders such as edges of canvas, paint, walls
and floors. What our artists have come up with may inspire
you. Exhibition runs January 7 – February 22, 2008.
